Continuing During Covid-19 Crisis
With the wheels being largely stopped in the construction industry, we have kept our office running, providing staff with brand new laptops to enable them to work from home. This has kept the company going during the lock down period and allowed us to continue working with our customers, pricing new sites, paying our staff and processing materials ready for our return to site. Our telephone has kept ringing and we had staff at the ready to help out wherever possible. This has been a true success story.
We have also taken on one-off projects which have proven that work can still safely go ahead, following Government guidelines and achieve a high standard of finish.
The spirit shown by the staff to enable to company to continue throughout the lock down and restricted work has shown why the company continues to build a strong and reliable reputation, carrying out work safely and efficiently, pleasing the client.
We would also like to extend out thanks to our supply chain partners who have managed to service these projects and do so in a safe and careful manner.
MJS Group Start work at Exeter RD&E Hospital
With the huge impact CVOID-19 is having on the UK and world economy, we have had to find alternative work from our main-stay house building. All of our customers have shut sites and following Government guidance we have followed suit. However, MJS Group’s reputation recently has lead to us obtaining contracts to undertake work in rebuilding, modernising and altering parts of Exeter RD&E hospital. This has been very different work for us but one we have enjoyed doing and playing a small part in battling COVID-19.
